Rate Policy:
•All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and based upon single or double occupancy.
- Two night minimum booking in Off Season and Holidays, in all cottages
- Three night minimum booking in Peak Season, in all cottages
•Additional people add $20 per person per night.
•Pets add $20 per pet per night.
•A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
•All rates are subject to a 15% tax (10% hotel and 5% GST)
•Check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.
•Late arrivals after 7pm only with prior arrangements with Check-in office.


Cancellation Policy:
•14 days advance notice of cancellation is required for a full deposit refund, less a $50 administration fee.
•Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.
•We will endeavor to re-book your unit with another guest, in which case your deposit will be refunded for those days booked, less the $50 administration fee.
•No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures.
•Date changes are possible, subject to availability. Date changes are subject to a $50 administration fee.


Cleaning/damage Policy:
•Note that there is no smoking in any Reef Point Cottage.
•As all units are supplied with a dishwasher, it is expected that guests clean their cooking/eating utensils. There will be a $25 charge for dishes not cleaned and put away.
•Any damage caused to the unit or grounds by the guest, will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
•Towel changes are provided daily.
•Cottage 543 and Cottage 342 programs will be provided with towel changes only every other day
•Daily changes will be provided on request for an additional $30 per day.


Pet Policy:
We recognize that many people travel with their pets but we also recognize that many people have allergies or other issues with pets. Therefore we have certain units that are pet friendly and others where pets are not permitted. Reef Point Cottages reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any pet, for any reason, at it sole discretion. Should permission for a pet stay be granted, the following conditions must be met:
•The owner will supply bedding, food and water dishes and pet food.
•The pet must not be left unattended within the cottage or anywhere on resort property.
•The pet’s behavior must not be allowed to impact the quiet enjoyment of the resort by other guests.
•Pets must be on a leash at all times while on resort property.
•The owner will be responsible for disposing of their pets waste deposited on resort property.
•Pets are not permitted on the furniture.
•The owner assumes full responsibility for any damage caused, or excessive cleaning, for whatever reason, as a result of the pet staying at the resort.
•An additional charge of $20 per night per pet will apply.
